SEECC 2019
Some of the group attended the annual Scottish Ecology, Environment and Conservation Conference in Glasgow this week.
The conference was held in the Graham Kerr building with refreshments and the poster session taking place in the very interesting Zoology museum. There were a number of excellent talks including plenaries by Simon Milne MBE FRGS (Regius Keeper at RBGE) and Professor Lorna Dawson CBE (James Hutton Institute).
Isaac presented his poster “Overexploitation of functional diversity by marine fisheries: a spatio-temporal assessment” and Faye gave a talk on “Scottish fish – functional diversity, taxonomic diversity, regulation and resilience”
