Current Internal Communication Channels 

• In The Loop – weekly staff newsletter 

• Students’ Union President Newsletter – weekly for students  

• Social Media – Instagram 

• Senior Sustainability Groups – including senior leadership, academic schools, and delivery team groups 

Gaps: 

• Lack of human resource capacity 

• Lack of IT support 

Improvements to be made: 

• Create a MySaint embedded sustainability calendar that will list and notify staff and students of upcoming events relating to sustainability and biodiversity 

• For biodiversity specifically, identify target audiences for different opportunities and direct relevant information at those groups 

• Identify the role that the Biodiversity Strategy plays in the Annual Sustainability Report
